1. What MoR Compass is
MoR Compass is an informational tool that helps founders compare payment providers and Merchants-of-Record, audit freeze risk, and draft appeal letters. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and we are not affiliated with any provider we list. Always verify current terms directly with each provider and consult a qualified professional for your specific situation.
2. No guarantee of outcomes
Provider risk scores reflect publicly reported experiences and our editorial judgement. They change over time and may be incomplete or wrong for your case. We do not guarantee that following any recommendation will prevent an account freeze, fund hold, or release of held funds.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, abuse the AI generation features, attempt to disrupt the platform, or use generated content for unlawful purposes. AI-generated letters are drafts you are responsible for reviewing before sending.
4. Accounts & payment
Paid plans are billed via Razorpay (₹) or Stripe ($). Subscriptions renew until cancelled. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoR Compass is provided "as is" and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost revenue, or held funds arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
