Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions (Pro)
You can cancel your Pro subscription anytime from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We offer a 7-day refund on the first payment of a new Pro subscription if you're not satisfied.
One-time purchases (Switch Kit)
Because the Switch Kit delivers digital playbooks and personalised review work, it is generally non-refundable once the materials have been accessed. If you haven't yet accessed the deliverables, email us within 7 days for a full refund.
How to request
Email support@mor.aiskillhub.info with your payment reference. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (Razorpay/Stripe) within 5–7 business days.
Taxes
Indian customers receive GST-compliant invoices. Refunds are processed inclusive of applicable taxes where required.
